If that's the julian or juliascope variation, how the HELL did you get it to do that spiraling effect?

Very nice colors, especially against the white. (I'm a sucker for colorful gradients and neat-looking stuff like this, so that's why I'm here.)

This flame was done with only 2 transforms.
Transform 1 was .95 linear, .062 sinusoidal, and .058 swirl
Transform 2 was .944 linear, .05 spherical, and .408 julia

Transform 2 was scaled way down (about 1/5 the size of a normal triangle) and both were skewed a bit. After some playing, i got what you see above

So basically you got lucky...

I started fooling with the specific transform variations as well as the fractal variations and triangles themselves. I'm finding them useful for adjusting that "teeny" bit about a fractal I don't like.

(I also prefer fractals that don't have a gigantic amount of triangles all over the editor. 4 at most. There's something to be said for simplicity of design at times. Heh.)

my pleasure hon you are a talent, no doubt about it! I am a fractal artist too on my art account and I have a mad respect for people who venture out of the normal black backdrop. I have yet to do a white or colored backdrop in apo that I am happy with . Kudos to you for being original !
